Large Landscape Survey and Retrofit Program
The Large Landscape Survey and Retrofit (LLSR) program actively assisted commercial sites to help increase their irrigation efficiency. Free irrigation surveys were conducted at qualified large landscaped sites. Program participants were offered free installation of certain water efficient irrigation devices and provided guidance for maintaining water efficient landscaping. From 2011 to 2019 the LLSR program installed 76,879 water efficient irrigation devices that will conserve approximately 10,881 acre feet of water, resulting in 21,761,593 kilowatt hours of energy saved and avoiding 15,389 metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions.
