Evelyn Rodriguez

Evelyn Rodriguez joined Upper District in October 2007 as its Chief Financial Officer. She has over ten years of audit experience prior to her tenure with the District, having worked as an Audit Supervisor for Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co., which is a member practice of Ernst & Young where she primarily oversaw the audit of Equitable PCIBank, one of the Philippine’s largest commercial banks.

Evelyn also worked with Vasquez & Company LLP as an Audit Manager, specializing in the audits of not-for-profit and government entities. Her professional experience also includes holding management positions in the fields of finance and accounting: heading the Controllership Division of one of Equitable PCIBank’s subsidiaries for five years and working as a Senior Finance Manager for Standard Chartered Bank, an international bank.

Evelyn is a Certified Public Accountant from the Philippines and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Evelyn is also a member of the Government Finance Officers Association.
