Upper District provides a variety of water education programs for residents and students across all ages. Educational resource materials, grant opportunities and water competitions have helped students learn about water use efficiency, water quality, and the integrated environmental and managerial approaches to sustain our water supplies. Developing programs that increase a student’s water knowledge through creative hands on activities with science-based curriculum remain a priority for Upper District.
