SB 272 – Enterprise Systems Catalog
This bill requires local agencies to publish a list of “enterprise” systems on their websites. An enterprise system, as defined by Senate Bill 272 (SB 272), is a system that “collects, exchanges, and analyzes information that the agency uses in multiple departments and/or is an original data source.” A copy of Upper District’s Catalog of Enterprise Systems can be downloaded below.
