Water Smart Workshops

Upper District hosts a variety of workshops that offer useful tips and how-to information on water efficient topics such as sustainable landscaping, turf removal methods, DIY greywater home systems, and leak detection and repair. Classes are open to the public and are free of charge. Some classes are offered in Mandarin and/or Spanish.

Landscaping for Fire Preparedness – On-Demand Class

Fire season is year-round in California (especially in the foothills), consider what you can do to prepare! Upper District is offering a free on-demand fire prevention class starting September 13, 2021. This on-demand feature will provide you with the flexibility to watch the pre-recorded class at your convenience. Participants who have registered will have until October 12, 2021 to view the on-demand class. Space is limited, so we recommend to signing up early when registration open.
